You’ll see dishes that celebrate heritage, from the warmth of a rich vegetable broth with gluten-friendly grießnockerl inspired by family feasts, to hand-rolled falafels that pay tribute to market stalls and migration stories. You’ll find modern reimaginings, too. Fermented roots, umami-rich lentil bases, fruit glazes, nut cheeses, and pickles brined with florals.

Every dish on your menu is 100% plant-based, vegan, and gluten-friendly, inspired by the seasons. We source ingredients carefully from trusted local growers and small-scale farms across Aotearoa, following zero-waste principles and tailoring each menu to your vision.
All dishes are free from gluten-containing ingredients and clearly labelled gluten-friendly. We use the terms “vegan” and “gluten-friendly” thoughtfully, especially when traditional recipes typically include dairy, gluten, wheat, eggs, or similar ingredients. This helps guests who care about these details make informed choices with confidence. While we take care to minimise cross-contact, our kitchen is not yet certified gluten-free and is therefore not recommended for coeliacs.
