  • Yes, Veceto designs experiences across New Zealand and in selected international locations. Early consultation is recommended for events outside NZ to align logistics, timing, and creative design.

CURATED TASTINGS

  • Occasionally, we open our studio for intimate tastings. These evenings explore textures, narrative, and the creative process behind commissioned experiences, shared with a small circle.

  • Tastings are curated twice a year and are shared with a select audience. Guests are invited to reserve their place in advance.

  • Guests are guided through a series of small plates, each revealing a story and sensory detail. The evening focuses on texture, taste, and the act of sharing, highlighting techniques and concepts that also appear in commissioned experiences. It is an intimate space to explore culinary artistry beyond traditional dining.

  • Attendance is limited to a select circle. Guests can register their interest to be notified of upcoming evenings. Early registration ensures priority access and allows participation in an intimate, thoughtfully designed tasting journey.

  • Yes, your ticket may be credited toward a commissioned experience of 10,000 NZD or more if confirmed within six months. This allows tasting guests to experience a preview while providing a tangible benefit when booking a full bespoke event.

MODIFYING ORDERS / CUSTOMIZATIONS

  • Our bespoke menu experiences are designed for gatherings with a minimum order of $10,000. This ensures that every element, from ingredients to presentation is crafted with the highest level of quality, care, and attention to detail.

  • Final guest numbers are required 14 days prior to the event. This allows us to plan sourcing, preparation, staffing, and the flow of the experience with precision. Any changes after this point may not be possible or may affect the final scope of the event, depending on availability and complexity.

  • We understand that plans may change; however, due to the preparation involved, the following cancellation fees apply:

    • More than 3 months’ notice: No cancellation fee. The 30% deposit remains non-refundable.

    • 6 weeks to 3 months’ notice: 25% of the total quoted amount.

    • 4 to 6 weeks’ notice: 50% of the total quoted amount.

    • 15 working days to 4 weeks’ notice: 75% of the total quoted amount.

    • 14 working days or less: 100% of the total quoted amount.

    All cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by us.

  • Modifications can be accommodated depending on timing and complexity. We review each request individually to maintain the narrative, balance, and sensory impact of the menu. Subtle changes are often possible without compromising the artistry of the experience, but early communication ensures the smoothest execution.

  • Additions are considered individually and may be incorporated if they align with the narrative and flow of the experience. We carefully balance each element to preserve the sequence, texture, and storytelling of the evening. Discussing requests early allows for seamless integration of additional dishes or enhancements.

  • Service staff are an integral part of the experience and are included where required to ensure seamless flow and presentation. Depending on the concept, location, and scale, curated tableware, equipment, and presentation elements may be included or sourced in collaboration with trusted partners. All details are clarified during the planning process.

  • All experiences are naturally inclusive. Dishes are thoughtfully plant-based and gluten-friendly, designed to highlight texture, narrative, and seasonality while appealing to a wide range of tastes. Special requirements are considered during planning, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless, sensory, and memorable journey.

  • Ingredients are selected thoughtfully, prioritizing seasonality, quality, and sustainability wherever possible. Local produce is used when available, supporting the story of each experience and the communities we collaborate with, while ensuring the artistry, narrative, and sensory impact of every event remain uncompromised.

While there is no fixed deadline, confirming details well in advance is strongly recommended, especially for international locations, complex installations, or peak seasons to allow for seamless design, sourcing, and execution.

  • Quotes for commissioned experiences are typically provided within 7–10 days. Early consultation is recommended to allow sufficient time for design, sourcing, and preparation, especially for international locations or complex immersive installations.

  • While careful planning ensures the best experience, last-minute requests may be possible depending on timing, location, and complexity.
